PENGARUH INTERNAL COMMUNICATION DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI CV KURNIA PASURUAN

One of the key elements influencing an organization's ability to achieve its goals is workforce productivity. Employee engagement and internal communication are two of the many elements that affect work productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of internal communication and employee engagement on employee productivity at CV Kurnia Pasuruan. The research used a quantitative method. The population consisted of 49 permanent employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used so that the entire population became the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression preceded by instrument and classical assumption tests. The results show that internal communication and employee engagement simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a significance value of 0.000 and an Adjusted R² of 0.522, meaning that both variables explain 52.2% of the variation in employee productivity. Partially, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000, while internal communication has a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.004. Employee engagement is the variable with the strongest influence on employee productivity.
